A.)Â Nahh, I take a vaca every 2 - 3 months and the biz runs awesome.
B.)Â I tried to get off the grid once, but the business was in shambles.
C.)Â Vaycation? I can't even spell vacation right, that's how long it's been since I've had one...Â
Pretend a 100 leads come in. How do you prioritize? How long do decks take?
A.) I would have a heart attack if a hundred leads came in, there’s no way we could handle that.
B.) We’ve never processed that many leads, but we would do our best even if it meant a few sleepless nights and coming up with new processes.
C.) We’d have no problem, we could process that many sales qualified leads with our eyes closed.
Your #2 has to take temporary leave, can you train someone and ramp them up can to fulfill within 1 week?
A.)Â Of course, all of our people are cross trained and I can plug someone in no prob.
B.)Â I would probably have to step in to take over for a while till we could find the right person in the mean time.
C.) Holy Crap we are screwed, b/c i don’t even know what s/he does anymore.
You get a huge new client and need to hire 5 new people within 2 weeks, are you ready?
A.)Â Yeah baby, our hiring process is on point!
B.)Â We would probably run everyone on overtime till we were able to get someone people in through referrals and stuff.
C.) We would have to skip out on the client b/c we are so at capacity we can’t even take time to hire.
You get 10 new clients next week. How do you service?
A.)Â Like a boss! - b/c our process is legit. Keep them coming :)
B.) Scrambling … we would probably have to space them out through and service with our current systems of duct tape and bubble gum … but we are going to try!!!Â
C.)Â Yeah no. We would probably take on some clients and have to turn away the rest. NO we we can handle that.
