✅Well the training is $597. Hiring a new HR manager for a salary winds up costing you upwards of 60k.
Not only are they expensive, you have to wait for THEM to come up with an efficient client process OR PRAY they bring one to you (they won't).
Also, you can recruiters, outsourced HR agencies but you will still need to onboard and train your people.
They perform best when you have some sort of standard, proven process to ramp up teams quickly.
